WHO ARE WE
Evolve Human Performance was originally founded in 2017 and was largely a personal training business helping general population navigate toward a healthier lifestyle. Since then Luke has delved into the world of Powerlifting, CrossFit, running, cycling, swimming, nutrition coaching, strength and conditioning and just about everything in between.
All of these areas have been paramount in getting to where we are today; a personal training, strength and conditioning and run coaching business, primarily working with athletes wanting to take their performance to the next level whilst mitigating injury risk, specialising in runners, cyclists, swimmers and triathletes.

One of the specific reasons for beginning strength training was to reduce injures and niggles caused by running. It was noticeable within the first few weeks that these ‘niggles’ significantly reduced which in turn allowed me to run more often and feel better doing so. Initially, I had doubts about whether this program was the right fit for me, given that I'm not particularly an endurance athlete. However, my reservations quickly dissolved after our initial conversation. I was genuinely relieved that I reached out because Luke's expertise and recommendations closely paralleled those of sports doctors and physiotherapists I had consulted in the past.
While my initial expectation was for Evolve to improve running strength, I soon realised that it offered so much more. It became a catalyst for training smarter and allowed me to still do the things that i enjoy.
Over the past couple of months, I've seen a significant reduction in my back pain, enabling me to run three times a week. As the 8-week program progressed, my mobility improved along with the fear i had associated lifting weights and injuring myself.
At the conclusion of the block, my body was feeling great! I was almost pain free, something i haven't achieved in years. My body felt ready to run on run days and i was recovering well from each session. Luke's attention to detail and wealth of experience in this field were instrumental in ensuring our success.
